We are seeking a Frontend-Focused Full Stack Engineer (React + Go) to join our engineering team and help build, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Marketing websites. This role is best suited for an engineer who is strong in frontend development, has good UI/UX judgment, and can transform Figma designs into polished, responsive, accessible, and production-ready web pages.
The candidate will share ownership of frontend and website implementation work across company Marketing sites and will also join internal company tool projects that support business operations. The role requires close collaboration with designers, product stakeholders, Marketing stakeholders, and backend engineers to deliver both public-facing website experiences and practical internal user interfaces. Backend development using Go remains part of the role, but the primary focus is delivering high-quality frontend experiences with strong attention to visual details, usability, performance, maintainability, and user workflow efficiency.
Key responsibilitiesFrontend, Marketing Website, and Internal Tool Development
Build, maintain, and enhance user-facing pages and components for the company’s Marketing websites using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Contribute to internal company tools by developing clean, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces for operational workflows, dashboards, forms, and admin features.
Transform Figma designs, wireframes, and UI specifications into polished, responsive, pixel-aware, and production-ready implementations.
Develop reusable UI components and patterns that support consistency across Marketing sites, internal tools, and future frontend initiatives.
Ensure responsive behavior, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and strong frontend performance across desktop and mobile experiences.
UI/UX Collaboration and Design Quality
Work closely with designers to clarify Figma details, interaction behavior, spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, and responsive layouts.
Provide practical UI/UX feedback when designs require technical adjustment, improved usability, or better implementation feasibility.
Maintain a high standard of visual quality and user experience for pages that represent the company brand externally.
Frontend Performance, Quality, and Maintainability
Optimize page load speed, rendering performance, image handling, bundle size, and Core Web Vitals where applicable.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested frontend code.
Identify and resolve UI bugs, layout issues, accessibility gaps, and inconsistencies across pages.
Backend and API Support
Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Go when needed to support frontend and Marketing site requirements.
Integrate frontend pages with RESTful APIs and collaborate on API contracts, data structures, and error handling.
Support secure, reliable, and maintainable data handling for user-facing website features.
Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, backend engineers, product stakeholders, QA, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver high-quality website updates.
Communicate implementation trade-offs clearly and contribute to planning, estimation, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in frontend or full stack software engineering, with stronger emphasis on frontend delivery.
Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
Practical experience converting Figma designs into responsive, polished, production-ready pages and components.
Good understanding of UI/UX principles, including layout, spacing, typography, visual consistency, usability, and interaction behavior.
Experience building responsive websites that work well across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Experience building internal tools, admin portals, dashboards, forms, workflow interfaces, or business-operation web applications is strongly preferred.
Experience with frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Ability to work with product or business stakeholders to understand internal user workflows and translate them into practical, easy-to-use frontend solutions.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar tools.
Experience with UI component libraries or design systems such as Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, or similar tools is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Go for backend development is preferred, especially for supporting APIs and integrations used by frontend features.
Experience consuming RESTful APIs and collaborating on API contracts. GraphQL knowledge is a plus.
Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and modern frontend build tools is a plus.
Skills:

Ability to design and implement efficient internal-tool interfaces that improve team productivity and reduce operational friction.
Fluency in English is a plus.
