We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our software development team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centered web and mobile applications while ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and development teams to gather requirements and define UI/UX strategies.
- Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Conduct UX research and translate user needs into effective design solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and overall product experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of:
- User Experience (UX) Design
- User Interface (UI) Design
- Information Architecture
- Interaction Design
- Design Thinking Process
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience building or maintaining Design Systems, UI Guidelines, and Component Libraries is highly preferred.
- Experience working closely with software development teams in Agile environments.
