About the Role
- Orient's employer brand is what people feel when they encounter us - in a social post, at an event, through a colleague's story, or the first time they visit our career page. This role exists to make that experience intentional, consistent, and genuinely reflective of who we are.
- The Senior EB & Communication Executive will sit within the Marketing team and own the full employer brand function: from strategy and EVP development to content, community presence, internal culture communication, and measurement. The focus is on building culture visibility - helping the right people understand who Orient is, what we stand for, and why it matters to work here - so that talent finds us because they believe in what we're building, not just because a job opened up. This is a senior individual contributor role where your fingerprints will be on everything - how we tell our story, which communities we show up in, and how our people talk about working at Orient.
What You'll Do
1. Employer Brand Strategy & Content
- Research and define Orient's target talent segments, sharpen the EVP, and turn both into a messaging framework and communication plan the wider team can actually use.
- Lead integrated EB campaigns end-to-end, from brief to launch, designed to move candidates from unfamiliar to interested.
- Create and manage employer brand content across LinkedIn, Facebook, career platforms, employee story series, video, and thought leadership, channel-native, not copy-pasted across all of them.
- Track EB performance metrics, identify what's working and what's not, and adjust initiatives based on data rather than gut feel.
- Audit and maintain brand consistency across every talent touchpoint (career page, social profiles, event presence) so the brand experience doesn't fall apart between channels.
2. External Brand Presence & Community
- Build and manage Orient's presence in the tech community: events, university and coding community partnerships, guest contributions, and brand activations that put Orient in front of the right audiences.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with media, communities, and platforms that amplify Orient's voice without relying on paid ads alone.
- Own the visual and verbal consistency of Orient's employer brand across all external channels: social, career page, event materials, and digital presence.
- Extend employer brand presence across Orient's regional offices, ensuring that EB initiatives, culture storytelling, and community engagement are locally relevant in Central and Northern Vietnam, not just adapted from HCM City.
3. Brand & Communications Support for Business Units
- Partner with business units and the tech group to develop tailored brand communications, translating what each team does into narratives that resonate externally and internally.
- Support cross-functional communications initiatives: from internal announcements and culture campaigns to external-facing content that represents specific practices or capabilities.
- Activate employee advocacy: equip people with stories, content, and context they actually want to share, rather than asking them to repost company posts.
- Align with Marketing leadership on brand narrative so that employer brand, company brand, and business unit communications reinforce each other consistently.
Who We're Looking For
Must-have
- 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, brand communications, content marketing, or corporate communications - ideally with exposure to the tech or outsourcing industry.
- Strong copywriting in both Vietnamese and English: you write with intent, adapt tone by channel, and catch your own errors before anyone else does.
- Solid understanding of brand strategy, you know the difference between brand identity, brand voice, and brand activation, and you can work across all three.
- Hands-on content execution experience: social calendars, campaigns, internal comms, you've shipped real things under real deadlines.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: able to translate loose direction into structured plans with clear outputs.
- Organized and dependable, you manage multiple workstreams without letting things fall through the cracks, and you flag issues early.
Nice-to-have
- Experience working at or with an IT outsourcing or tech product company.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma basics) to brief or collaborate with designers effectively.
- Experience using AI tools in content workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate research and drafting, not to replace thinking.
- Comfortable reading social analytics or campaign data to inform content decisions.
