We are looking for a Senior Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable eCommerce solutions on Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC).
In this role, you will work hands-on with SFCC/SFRA, SCAPI, OCAPI, JavaScript, and API integrations, collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for global eCommerce platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem solver with solid SFCC expertise, a good understanding of eCommerce integrations, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.
What you’ll do
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain eCommerce solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) and SFRA.
Develop and integrate solutions using SCAPI and OCAPI.
Work with key SFCC components, including Controllers, Hooks, Jobs, Services, ISML, and custom business logic.
Design and implement integrations with third-party systems such as OMS, CRM, and payment gateways using REST, SOAP, Webhooks, and SFTP.
Develop and maintain SFCC Jobs for data synchronization and batch processing, including inventory, product/catalog, order, and customer data.
Troubleshoot and resolve SFCC, integration, and performance-related issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with clients, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high engineering standards.
Contribute to development best practices, coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Who we are looking for
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC).
Strong practical experience with SFRA.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES5/ES6).
Hands-on experience with SCAPI and OCAPI.
Strong experience developing REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
Solid understanding of SFCC Hooks, Jobs, Services, Controllers, and ISML.
Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in SFCC and API integrations.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
Nice to have
Experience integrating with OMS and CRM platforms.
Experience with payment gateway integrations and payment flows.
Hands-on experience with SFTP, SOAP, and Webhooks.
Salesforce B2C Commerce certification.
Experience working with multiple SFCC sites within a single realm.
Good English communication skills.
