- Lead and execute test planning, test design, and execution for complex features and your assigned products/projects.
- Take end-to-end ownership of quality in your assigned products/projects.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear, actionable reports.
- Use and champion AI-augmented testing (AI-assisted test generation, triage, coverage analysis) as part of your day-to-day work.
- Contribute hands-on to automation and help strengthen the team's automation coverage.
- Mentor peers and raise the testing bar across the team — make the people around you better, not just perform well on your own.
- Proactively flag risks and propose solutions before they become problems.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product analysts, project analysts, and stakeholders to drive quality outcomes.
- Help improve QA processes, documentation, and best practices that others adopt.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of QA experience with strong hands-on testing skills (functional, regression, integration, API, DB, etc.).
- AI competency (required). Comfortable applying AI tools to real testing work. This is a baseline expectation, not a plus.
- Alignment with company core values (required). High autonomy, high ownership, and a bar-raising mindset.
- Automation experience (Playwright, or similar) — hands-on and expected at this level.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills — you catch what others miss.
