Perform development & testing features/bugs from backlog items.
Response quickly to handle incidents if it happens.
Build and maintain the CI/CD.
Be Involved in Quality Assurance with good processes, practices, and analysis tools.
Be Involved in developing Non-Functional Requirements (e.g. Performance, Security, Reliability, Maintainability…)
Assists leaders to define Technical Backlog, Technical Debt
Be Involved in defining Roadmap and Risk Management.

Technical Proficiency
Backend Development: Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django or a similar framework; having experience in Node.js is a plus. Demonstrated mastery of RESTful API design and microservices.
Frontend Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Typescript, including at least one Typescript framework (React.js/Next.js preferred). Strong understanding of frontend state management, browser rendering performance, and web vitals.
Database Management: Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL). Familiarity with non-relational databases is a plus.
Cloud Infrastructure: Good experience with cloud architecture, particularly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Data Manipulation: Expertise in data manipulation libraries, such as Pandas or Polars, is a plus..
Coding and Testing: Excellent coding practices (well-documented, compliant with best practices) and strong testing skills (unit tests, integration tests).
