Required

• 3–5 years of experience in product/service planning, product management, or UX-related roles.
• At least 2 years of experience working in or closely with software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable discussing system behaviors, APIs, data models, and technical constraints.

Preferred

• Experience in website or application design.
• Experience in the shipping industry.
• Familiarity with corporate ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Experience with financial accounting systems.
• Experience in banking or financial systems.
