We are looking for an Talent Acquisition Business Partner Lead/Expert to take the lead in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that fuel the growth of our fintech ecosystem.
In this hybrid strategic handson role, you will be responsible for end to end hiring excellence (70% focused on technology roles and 30% on non tech business functions, while also contributing to workforce planning, employer branding and talent pipeline development. Your mission is to ensure we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent that enables innovation and scalability across our financial technology platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition Excellence (70% Tech/30% Non-Tech)
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team context, job briefs and interview structures that ensure both fit-for-role and fit-for-culture.
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for critical tech roles and selected non-tech functions.
- Lead active and passive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, communities, and market mapping.
- Oversee a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires transition effectively and quickly contribute to team performance.
- Track and improve key recruitment performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements.
Workforce Strategy & Headcount Planning
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate business plans into workforce needs - both short and long-term.
- Provide insights into talent availability, market competitiveness, and compensation benchmarks to inform hiring strategies.
Market Intelligence & Employer Branding
- Conduct ongoing talent market mapping and competitor benchmarking to anticipate hiring challenges and adjust sourcing strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the market, representing the company at tech communities, meetups, and industry events to attract top-tier talent.
- Partner with Communications and Employer Branding teams to design recruitment campaigns that reflect our EVP and appeal to target candidate segments (Tech & Non-Tech).
Recruitment Governance, Tools & Analytics
- Manage and optimize recruitment systems (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms) for efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.
- Establish and enforce hiring standards, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria to ensure fairness and consistency.
REQUIREMENT
- Over 8 year of end to end recruitment experience
- Proven success in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services, hiring across diverse technical and business domains.
- Strong stakeholder partnership and consultative skills, with the ability to influence business decisions through data and insight.
- Handson expertise with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, CRM pipelines).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
