Health OS (a flagship initiative under IVI - Healthcare) is One Mount's KEY STRATEGIC PROJECT driven by the core belief of "Humanistic Technology": We do not monetize when customers fall ill; instead, we act as a daily companion so that our users and their loved ones never become patients in the first place. Health OS delivers an end-to-end healthcare ecosystem targeting a potential user base of 27 million customers alongside the broader ecosystems of One Mount, Techcombank, and Masterise.
JOB PURPOSE
As the Product Director – Health OS, you will serve as the "Chief Product Architect" holding end-to-end accountability for the Product Vision, Strategic Roadmap, and Business Outcomes of the Health OS Platform. You will lead an elite team of Product Managers and Product Owners to build a closed-loop Health & Wellness Super-App serving millions of Vietnamese consumers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Vision & Strategic Leadership
- Define the long-term vision and product roadmap (0-to-1 & Scale-up) for Health OS, aligning product strategy with our "Humanistic Technology" ethos and OMC's commercial objectives.
- Architect and refine the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) across two core target groups: Specialized Care Patients, Ecosystem Users
2. End-to-End Closed-Loop Ecosystem Development
- Directly oversee the development of a fully integrated product suite: Preventive Wellness -> Medical Education -> Convenient Tele-health -> In-Hospital Care -> Health Insurance -> Post-Visit Care.
- Drive Tele-health & Virtual Care adoptiop, making official medical advice accessible, frictionless, and affordable.
- Build daily engagement drivers: Health Score and Health Plans integrated deeply with ecosystem services (OneU, Insurance, Financial Services) to maximize Daily Active Users (DAU).
3. Cross-Functional Execution & Strategic Integration
- Partner closely with Engineering and Data/AI teams to ensure seamless integration with hospital HIS platforms, maintaining real-time EMR synchronization and top-tier data security compliance.
- Collaborate with Medical Boards, Insurance, Marketing, and Business Development teams to optimize conversion funnels and deliver a frictionless user experience (UX).
4. Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a customer-centric, data-driven, and high-ownership product culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience & Background
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 3–5 years in Executive/Senior Leadership roles (Product Director, Head of Product) within leading Tech Unicorns, Fintech, E-commerce, or HealthTech organizations.
- Highly Preferred: Direct track record in HealthTech, Digital Health, Tele-medicine, EMR/HIS integration, or managing high-traffic Super-Apps with millions of MAUs.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Medicine/Healthcare Management, or related fields.
2. Technical & Product Capabilities
- Proven track record of taking complex digital products from 0-to-1 and scaling them to massive user bases.
- Deep technical understanding of mobile platform architectures, API/EHR/EMR integrations, health data security standards, and local healthcare regulations (e-prescriptions, tele-medicine laws).
- Strong Data-Driven Product Management expertise
