Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Data teams, and DevOps to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions that meet business needs.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure high code quality across the engineering team.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide engineers to improve their technical skills, career growth, and adherence to engineering practices.
Execution: Break down complex product requirements into detailed technical designs and actionable implementation tasks.
Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system reliability risks.
Operations: Ensure system observability through proper logging, monitoring, and alerting. Support incident investigation and production troubleshooting when needed.
2. REQUIREMENT
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering
Backend Mastery: Strong experience in backend development using Java or Python.
Architecture: Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
APIs: Experience with RESTful APIs or gRPC service design.
Data Management: Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and experience with message queues/streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Infrastructure: Familiar with containerization and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
Core Skills: Proven experience in code reviews, system design, performance optimization, and debugging complex systems.
Nice to have
Experience building data platforms or large-scale data pipelines.
Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or LLM systems.
Experience designing high-throughput APIs or real-time systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
