Roles & Responsibilities
Inquiry Handling & User Communication: Promptly respond to user inquiries, questions, and issues through various communication channels (Email, Chat, Social Media, etc.) to maintain excellent response speed.
Webinar Attendee Follow-Up: Engage with webinar attendees post-event, gather their input, distribute follow-up materials, and nurture leads to boost user adoption.
Onboarding Support & User Experience: Guide new users through the onboarding process, providing necessary documentation and troubleshooting basic issues to ensure a smooth first-time experience.
CRM & User Database Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated with precise user details, interactions, and statuses to ensure data integrity.
Feedback Collection & Documentation: Actively collect user feedback, identify common pain points, and document them systematically to help the team improve our services.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate user feedback and resolve issues effectively, directly contributing to user experience optimization.
3+ months of relevant experience in Community building, Online events, Customer services and/or related fields (internships, non-profit or part-time accepted).
Available to work full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and design tools like Canva.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a startup environment.
