With new projects coming, we’re looking for
**01 Backend Developer**
to lead the development, from the requirements to deliverables.
**Tasks \& Responsibilities**
- Consult the Project Manager and the clients on the technical topics, ensuring the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application;
- Design and deliver the applications/functions with well\-structured and formatted code complying with the company's code standards;
- Resolve any obstacles and bugs coming in the way to the final deliverables;
- Deliver reports on a regular basis and on request;
- Build up the installation guidelines accordingly;
- Propose and execute the initiatives to grow the technical team as well as to exceed client’s expectations;
- Collaborate with a global project team of members in the UK, Singapore, Japan, and Vietnam to deliver the project smoothly.
**Requirements**
Background experience \& hard skills:
**Must Have**
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with PHP and 2 years with Laravel, with professional\-level fluency in these languages and frameworks
- Extensive experience designing architecture for large\-scale, complex systems, with the ability to justify design decisions
- Solid knowledge of AI technologies is required, including understanding of how generative AI/LLMs work, and the ability to apply AI in system development and design
- Deep understanding of software design patterns
- Familiarity with Domain\-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture principles
- Proficiency in event sourcing and CQRS for scalable, decoupled systems
- Hands\-on experience with event\-based architectures and messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Database design and programming skills, including relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and knowledge of non\-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc.)
- Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI) and E2E testing (Detox, NightWatch, etc.)
- Experience working with globally\-based clients and teammates
**Nice To Have**
- Experience with other programming languages such as Python, ReactJS
- Hands\-on experience with AI\-related projects (academic knowledge alone is fine, but practical application experience is a strong plus)

- Communication skill: smooth in Vietnamese and intermediate in English
- Independent learning and research skill
- Problem\-solving skills
