As our new colleague in the Cloud Platform Services team, you will play a key role in agile projects for both large Danish and international customers. You have a unique opportunity to be part of a team responsible for multiple disciplines: Cloud Governance, Cloud Operations, Cloud Center of Excellence, and Cloud Consultancy.
We design and implement business-critical solutions on state-of-the-art infrastructure for customers, where you get hands-on experience with Azure. You will help build and operate our central architecture and solutions, impacting all our cloud solutions across all customers. You will ensure operations in the intersection of infrastructure, security, and the development of customer solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be lent out to other projects within the organization as a cloud consultant for both shorter and longer periods. All of which we convert to services that enhance and develop our central capability.
As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, your tasks will include:
- Monitoring, alerting, automation, and scaling of cloud solutions.
- Creating coherence between development, operations, and security in accordance with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tasks, e.g., in Terraform.
- Automation and standardization of cloud infrastructure processes (PowerShell/ Azure CLI or Microsoft Graph API).
- Design and implementation of cloud governance solutions.
- Delivering internal methods/methodologies/principles into customer projects.
- Leading or contributing to technical initiatives in the internal cloud infrastructure through experience from customer projects.
We expect that you:
- Have a bachelor's, master's, or engineering degree in ICT/IT, computer science, software/computer engineering, infrastructure, or other relevant vocational education experience.
- Have experience with coding/scripting (.NET, Java, Web, PowerShell, Python) and/or DevOps (Terraform, CI/CD) from education or previous work.
- Have experience with Azure or other Global Cloud Providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, OCI) from education or previous work.
- Possess an analytical mindset, are motivated, and know how to work in a structured manner.
- Have good communication skills and Teamwork
- Have an excellent command of the English Language (written & verbal)
It would be beneficial (but not a must) if you:
- Have work experience
- Have experience with infrastructure and operations
- Have experience with IaaS or PaaS services in cloud-hosted environments
- Have certification in Azure or other relevant Microsoft areas
