- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications and propose appropriate implementation solutions.
- Understand, analyze, and enhance existing application architecture and legacy source code.
- Define mobile application architecture and propose scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Conduct source code reviews, ensure coding standards compliance, and promote engineering best practices.
- Review technical designs, identify technical risks, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture design, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including development processes, code quality, and engineering practices.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the PM/SM.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with strong expertise in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Java/Kotlin).
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Architecture, Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
- Experience in source code review, design review, refactoring, and performance optimization.
- Ability to understand existing systems, analyze requirements, and propose technical solutions.
- Experience working on Japanese software development projects.
- Experience mentoring team members and participating in technical discussions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, build automation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Frontend technologies, Flutter, or React Native is a plus.
- Japanese language proficiency (N4 or above) is an advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
