We are looking for an experienced and proactive candidate for the APO Leader (Japanese IT Comtor, Bridge Engineer, BrSE) position – someone who can lead the APO (IT Comtor) team and ensure smooth collaboration between Japanese clients and Vietnamese development teams.
In this role, you will act as a key bridge between both parties while also taking responsibility for team management, communication quality, and continuous process improvement.

You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Have experience managing or leading a team in an IT environment or projects working with Japanese clients.
- Have experience directly managing, training, and evaluating team members.
- Have Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 and strong business communication skills.
- Have experience working in the IT field and a good understanding of software development processes and IT terminology.
- Have experience building or improving communication processes for a team or project.
- Have strong communication skills, logical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Have a good understanding of Japanese culture and working style.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and strong ownership.
You will have an advantage if you:
- Have experience as an IT Comtor, Business Analyst, Associate Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Have experience handling client complaints, serious misunderstandings, or sensitive negotiations with Japanese clients.
- Have experience supporting pre-sales, proposal preparation, or quotation activities.
- Have experience using KPI / OKR or operational data to manage and improve team performance.
- Have experience in software development, Testing, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
