You’ll be the bridge between our Japanese clients and the development team, where every word and every shade of meaning, accurately conveyed, can shape whether a project stays on track or loses its way.

You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to N1.
- Experience working in a Japanese business environment, with an understanding of Japanese culture and working style to help maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong Japanese communication skills, logical thinking, quick problem-solving ability, and a high sense of responsibility, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.
- At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry (in Vietnam or Japan), or a minimum of 5 years studying or working in Japan.
- A proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong sense of ownership at work.
- Positive energy, professional demeanor, and a collaborative, approachable attitude.
You will have an advantage if you:
- Background or experience in Business Analysis (BA), Testing, or Project Management.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic IT terminology.
