Software Engineer I/II

Joining the Marketing Platform team in Da Nang, you will work alongside experienced engineers, directly taking ownership of high-load Microservices systems and solving optimal personalization problems using AI. You will have the opportunity to freely decide technical solutions, develop architectural capabilities, and create core infrastructure value for millions of MoMo users. Mô tả công việcMaintain and develop the Communication Platform system, one of the three core systems of the MoMo Marketing Platform. Develop features requested by the PO based on the actual needs of the BUs. Develop features required by the company regarding security standards and user data protection. Participate in team discussions about features and system changes to evaluate and establish long-term direction for the Platform. Propose solutions to improve the system and resolve existing/backlogged system issues. Monitor communication channels with stakeholders to receive feedback, issue reports, and handle them promptly if any arise. Yêu cầu công việcGeneral RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience for Junior position or 2 years of experience for Middle position in Backend programming. Strong knowledge of Java programming, solid understanding of the operating principles of Thread, Executor, and Dependency Injection. Good knowledge of data structures and their practical application in real-world projects. Experience with MongoDB, SQL, and Redis. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.). Strong team collaboration and communication skills – proactive in supporting and mentoring teammates. Open-minded and creative mindset in system development. Additional Requirements (Preferred)Experience working with Microservices, Protobuf, gRPC, and Kafka. Experience working with large-scale systems operating under high traffic and low latency. Experience using AI tools to assist in daily work. Solid grasp of system architecture is a plus (understanding how systems are designed and operated).
