IT Helpdesk

MoMo is looking for an IT Helpdesk profile to support the operation of internal IT infrastructure and work alongside the team in applying AI to automate tasks. Support users with LAN, internet, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Research and apply AI (RD) to optimize and automate IT support operations. Provide on-call support outside of working hours according to the team's duty roster. Yêu cầu công việcMinimum 2 years of relevant experience, having directly handled the tasks described above. Bachelor's/Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field. Holds at least one of the following certifications: CCNA / MCSA / MCSE / LPI. Experience working with ticketing systems and network-based mass OS deployment systems. Experience managing Office 365 and Google Workspace products. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, API, or a programming language is a plus. Strong logical thinking. Positive work attitude, hardworking, and committed to completing assigned tasks well. Willing to provide on-call support outside working hours per the team's duty schedule.
