IT Business Analyst, OTA

As a key member of the Online Travel Agency (OTA) Team, you will act as a coordinator between business stakeholders (Business Unit, Product Executive, Partner Management) and technical teams. You will be responsible for analyzing complex travel business requirements such as: booking engines, flight and accommodation inventory management, ustomer loyalty programs,... designing and consulting scalable system solutions. Mô tả công việcElicit requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications (SRS, FRS, PRD);Research marketplace trends, industry best practices, and vendor products/services to recommend optimal solutions and technologies;Design technical diagrams, including Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, State Diagrams, and ERDs, to define system behavior;Act as the primary bridge between Business and Dev/UI-UX teams to clarify logic, API specifications, and system constraints;Review Test Cases, support UAT, and ensure that the final product aligns with initial requirements;Create user manuals and conduct training sessions for new system features or procedural changes. Yêu cầu công việc2+ years experience as Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst;Strong documentation, analysis, and presentation skills;Proficient in UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, State, Sequence) and ERD;Data-driven, with experience in SQL and data modeling;Experience in fintech or transaction-based systems is a strong advantage;Experience in OTA, e-commerce, or platform products is a plus;Proactive, fast learner, able to work in a dynamic environment.
