The role is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships in the Top Brand Retail – Shopping Category (including Fashion, Bookstore, etc.), working cross-functionally to deliver customized MoMo solutions that drive revenue and enhance merchant experience, while ensuring executional excellence and stakeholder alignment. The term 'Partner' encompasses two main entities: Payment Acceptance Locations (Merchants) and POS System Vendors (companies providing the sales software)Mô tả công việc1. Strategic Partnership Merchant ManagementMaintain, develop, and sustain productive relationships with strategic partners in Fashion and Bookstore categories. Manage and expand the network of POS system providers to ensure seamless payment integration across retail touchpoints. Propose tailored MoMo solutions and campaigns to increase revenue for both MoMo and partners/merchants. Deliver persuasive partnership proposals (including pricing, payment solutions, growth promotion schemes) in English, customized to meet specific merchant objectives.2. Campaign Planning ExecutionPlan and advise merchants on go-to-market and co-marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and transaction volume. Ensure merchant readiness by coordinating operational requirements, including POSM deployment and staff training. Collaborate and follow up with internal stakeholders (Product, Tech, Marketing) to ensure effective implementation of merchant initiatives.3. Business Analysis ReportingCommit to achieving KPIs set by the company; analyze sales performance and key metrics to identify win-win opportunities. Prepare regular reports on account status, project progress, and contract milestones. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external partners. Experience QualificationsGraduated from college or above in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. Experience in Fintech, E-wallet, or Retail sectors is a plus. Preferred: Proven experience in implementing payment integration projects between E-wallets and POS systems, particularly within the Fashion, Bookstore, or general Retail sectors.2. Skills CompetenciesCommunication Negotiation: Strong ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with high-level partners. Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision-making with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a deep understanding of business KPIs. Accountability: Able to work independently, manage multiple merchant accounts, and thrive under pressure. Market Knowledge: Good understanding of Vietnam’s e-wallet and digital payment ecosystem is highly valued.
