Senior - Product Executive

The Senior Product Executive at MoMo owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned features, from identifying user needs through design, build, launch, and post-launch iteration, in order to consistently ship new products and improvements that create measurable impact. Mô tả công việcEnd-to-End Delivery: Own the product lifecycle from user need through launch, driving the full build cycle to ship new products and improvements on time without sacrificing quality. Cross-functional Execution: Coordinate daily with Design, Engineering, and QC throughout development, catching and resolving blockers early to keep delivery on track. Spec Requirements: Write clear specs and requirement docs grounded in user need that engineering and design can execute against without repeated back-and-forth. Post-Launch Iteration: Run structured A/B tests on shipped products and use results to improve key metrics each release cycle. Roadmap Input: Feed delivery learnings and user data back into roadmap discussions, surfacing what's working and what isn't.
