Track progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and proactively help teams overcome blockers. Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates for stakeholders. Collaborate Across TeamsWork closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and external partners to keep projects aligned. Facilitate communication across teams and ensure everyone is working toward shared objectives. Organize project meetings and follow up on action items. Research Business AnalysisConduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices. Analyze business performance and customer insights to support strategic decisions. Prepare presentations and recommendations for project reviews. Support Strategic InitiativesContribute to high-impact business initiatives by coordinating workstreams, monitoring execution, and ensuring quality delivery. Help improve internal processes and project management practices to enable teams to work more effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working with data and preparing reports or presentations. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Nice to HaveExperience in technology, fintech, e-commerce, travel, or digital products. Familiarity with Agile ways of working and project management tools such as Jira, Notion, Asana, or Trello. Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools. Experience working with cross-functional or international teams.
