Build event-driven, asynchronous workflows with MassTransit / RabbitMQ and Kafka; ensure reliability, idempotency, and message delivery guarantees. Model and optimize data access with Entity Framework Core and Dapper against Oracle (including PL/SQL and query tuning); design schemas, indexes, and migrations. Implement caching (Redis / StackExchange. Redis) and background/scheduled jobs (Hangfire, Quartz. NET). Design well-structured, reusable modules and shared libraries (contracts, models, middleware) and maintain clean service boundaries. Write and maintain API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI), structured logging (Serilog), health checks, and integration tests (Testcontainers). Maintain and incrementally modernize legacy services (. NET Framework, WCF, ASP. NET MVC) toward the current . NET stack. Apply AI-assisted development in daily workflow (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code/Cursor) to raise code quality and delivery speed; help the team adopt effective, safe AI practices. Contribute to AI-powered product features — integrating LLM APIs, RAG, and automation into services where they add value. Collaborate with product, frontend (MVC), and DevOps teams; participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring of junior engineers. At least 4–5 years of backend development experience with C#, . NET / . NET Core, and ASP. NET Core. Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, design patterns, concurrency/async programming, exception handling, and clean architecture. Hands-on experience building and operating microservices and event-driven systems (message brokers such as RabbitMQ/MassTransit or Kafka). Solid experience with relational databases — Oracle and/or SQL Server, including PL/SQL, query optimization, and ORM tools (EF Core, Dapper). Experience with Redis caching and background job frameworks (Hangfire/Quartz). Experience designing and building modules and RESTful APIs; familiarity with API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI). Good time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good teamwork spirit, logical thinking; proactive, well self-organized, and responsible. Able to quickly learn and adopt new technologies. AI Ways of WorkingPractical experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) with good judgment on prompt engineering, code review of AI output, and safe/effective adoption. Interest or experience in building AI-powered features — LLM API integration, RAG, embeddings, or agentic/automation workflows — is a strong plus. Nice to HaveExperience with containerization CI/CD (Docker, GitLab CI). Experience maintaining legacy . NET Framework / WCF systems. Exposure to frontend (React Native / TypeScript, or ASP. NET MVC).
