About the RoleThis is a role for someone who wants to do more than push pixels. You will be a core contributor to the design system—the components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and quality standards that shape how 35 designers and hundreds of developers build products. You will work closely with the Design System Lead and team members to define, build, and evolve the system. What makes this role differentYou will work in a team that is actively integrating AI into the design workflow. You will use AI tools daily and help shape how they are used across the organization. You will contribute to a real operating system for product design—not just a Figma library, but the governance, documentation, quality standards, and automation that make the system work at scale. You will have direct impact on 100+ mini-apps across Financial Services, Payment Services, Marketing, OTA, and Platform Services. Mô tả công việcCore Design System WorkResearch, design, and document scalable components and patterns for our multi-platform design system. Own and evolve sections of our Figma component library—ensuring consistency, robustness, and usability for product designers. Write clear documentation and usage guidelines (dos and don’ts) that empower designers and developers to use the system correctly. Conduct UI/UX audits across product teams to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for system-level improvements. Act as a partner and consultant for product teams, helping them adopt the design system and contribute back to it. Token and Theme ArchitectureHelp build and maintain the design token system—colors, typography, spacing, elevation—across light theme, dark theme, and brand variations. Ensure components use semantic tokens (not hardcoded values) so they work correctly across all theme variants. Validate that new components and patterns are theme-compatible before publishing to the library. Quality and GovernanceHelp enforce design system standards through structured review processes and compliance checks. Participate in design QA—verifying that dev builds match design specifications. Contribute to maintaining quality checklists, review criteria, and documentation standards. AI-Assisted Workflow (with team support)Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Figma Make features) to accelerate documentation drafting, component auditing, and spec generation. Help test and refine AI-assisted QA tools—such as compliance checkers and visual regression pre-screening. Provide feedback on AI tool accuracy and suggest improvements to prompts and workflows. Collaborate with the team to build prompt libraries and AI usage guidelines for the design organization. Yêu cầu công việcRequirementsMust Have3–5 years of experience in digital product design. Proven experience contributing to or building a design system (components, patterns, documentation). Portfolio should demonstrate this. Mastery of Figma—especially Variants, Auto Layout, Component Properties, and Styles/Variables. Understanding of design tokens—what they are, how they work, why they matter for scalability and theming. Solid understanding of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS, React/React Native basics) to collaborate effectively with engineers. Excellent written and verbal communication in Vietnamese (primary) and English (working proficiency). Willingness to learn and actively use AI tools in daily work. Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) in a design process or documentation workflowStrong Plus[STRONG PLUS] Experience with token-based theming systems (light/dark mode, multi-brand).[STRONG PLUS] Experience with Storybook, design-to-code handoff tools, or visual regression testing.[STRONG PLUS] Familiarity with design system governance—review processes, adoption tracking, compliance checking.[STRONG PLUS] Experience working in a super app, fintech, or large-scale multi-product environment.
