QC Engineer II

In this role, you will focus on quality assurance, with a priority on test automation and AI-assisted testing. In today's AI era, you are also expected to leverage AI tools to test smarter and faster.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and dive deep into business requirements to enable high-quality, reliable software and the best user experience on the company products. Mô tả công việcDesign, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and a scalable hybrid automation framework;

Perform manual testing where automation is not yet feasible, including exploratory and edge-case testing;

Apply AI-assisted testing throughout the workflow — using AI tools to generate test cases, expand coverage, and write and maintain automation code faster;

Analyze and deeply understand business requirements to design test scenarios that verify business logic, not just UI behavior;

Create and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test cases for projects run in Agile/Scrum;

Investigate, reproduce, and perform root-cause analysis of functional issues and automation script failures;

Prepare test data and test environments needed to complete testing assignments;

Participate in peer review and inspect requirement documents to catch gaps early;

Report test results and quality status clearly to Lead/Manager. Yêu cầu công việcMust-have

At least 2 years of experience in software QC/testing;

Strong in automation testing — hands-on building and maintaining automated test suites (important);

Strong in AI-assisted testing — able to leverage AI tools effectively to generate test cases, expand coverage, and write/maintain automation code, with the judgment to verify AI-generated output (important);

Solid manual testing skills — test design, exploratory testing, defect isolation;

Strong business/domain understanding — able to grasp product logic deeply and translate requirements into meaningful test coverage;

Ability to analyze existing scripts and troubleshoot script-related issues;

Excellent technical documentation skills; able to produce clear reports from test results with minimal rework;

Experience working in Agile/Scrum with Jira;

Ability to work independently and collaborate well with team members;

Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.

Nice-to-have

Domain experience in fintech / finance;

Knowledge and experience in API testing;
