MiTek’s VN Software Excellence Center division is seeking a dynamic and passionate Software Technical Lead who will be part of a software team working for single or multi-family modeling, design, and estimating. Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution design and software development activities.
- Mentor engineers and promote excellence engineering.
- Drive code quality, architecture decisions, and technical innovation.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Continuously improve development processes and team capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are efficient, consistent, and fulfill business needs.
- Write technical documents for software architecture or design as required.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and collaborative requirements reviews.
- Collaborate with multiple global teams to contribute to a large-scale project.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience working as a software engineer and related roles;
- Experience with C#, .NET
- Knowledge of data structures and strong understanding of object-oriented principles
- Comfortable digging into large, unfamiliar codebases to diagnose, debug, and resolve critical issues
- Good at English communication
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Experience working developing desktop applications
- Understanding of mathematical concepts involving algebra and geometry
