**ROLE MISSION**

Lead end\-to\-end SCM operations (Procurement, Contracts, Warehousing, Logistics) aligned with business growth. Balance cost optimization with speed to service, while driving supply chain resilience, risk management, and project readiness.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• **Strategy \& Governance:**

Build SCM roadmap, operating models, and cross\-functional governance across all supply chain functions.

• **Project Readiness:**

Engage early in major projects to secure sourcing, vendor capacity, and logistics, resolving bottlenecks to protect timelines.

• **Ecosystem \& Supplier Management:**

Optimize sourcing networks and cultivate strategic supplier partnerships to ensure continuity, cost\-efficiency, and quality.

• **Performance \& Risk Control:**

Manage SCM risks, working capital, inventory levels, and overall operational performance metrics.

• **Procurement Speed \& Cycle Time:**

Prevent operational downtime by driving lead times across PR\-to\-PO, contract execution, vendor response, and project milestones.

• **Post\-Award Contract Governance:**

Oversee commercial compliance, variations, performance obligations, and contract renewal strategies.

• **Capability \& Digitalization:**

Scale team capabilities, succession planning, and tech/data adoption.

**CORE REQUIREMENTS**

• **Education \& Experience:**

Bachelor's degree\+; 10\+ years in SCM/Logistics/Procurement with 3–5 years in senior management.

• **Track Record:**

Proven end\-to\-end SCM leadership in large\-scale projects, strategic negotiations, and complex environments.

• **Industry Preference:**

Mining, industrial manufacturing, chemicals, or complex materials.

• **Key Competencies:**

Strategic thinking, data\-driven decision making, strong commercial negotiation, fluent English
