**About the Role**
We are looking for a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION to design, build, and operate Masan's multi\-cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, GCP, and AWS.
You will own the reliability, security, and scalability of our cloud environments — driving Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and monitoring practices that keep systems running at enterprise scale. This role requires strong hands\-on cloud expertise, a solid grasp of DevOps practices, and close collaboration with cross\-functional teams to support hybrid cloud operations and drive continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, deploy, operate, and scale infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring performance, availability, security, and scalability.
- Design and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or equivalent tools, including Git repository, module, and state management.
- Build, operate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications, including automated pipelines for testing, deployment, and change management on Cloud.
- Review and ensure compliance across cloud infrastructure and IaC — configuration, access control, security, logging, network, and policy — against internal and vendor best practices; propose and implement remediation to reduce risk.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on Hybrid Cloud deployment, operations, and incident resolution; apply working knowledge of on\-premise infrastructure (network, firewall, DNS, load balancer, virtualization, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory) to support root\-cause analysis.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud operating costs through resource and architecture optimization; research and propose new technologies or services.
- Build, implement, and test Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) plans; design High Availability, Backup, Replication, and Multi\-zone/Multi\-region architecture, and conduct regular DR drills.
- Administer and support infrastructure for Unified Data Platform (UDP) and other SaaS services; collaborate with application teams on deployment, scaling, resource monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Build, deploy, and operate Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting solutions (dashboards, health checks, log collection, alerting) to detect and resolve issues proactively and meet system SLAs.
**Qualifications**
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally designing/deploying infrastructure for banks or large enterprises.
- Hands\-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub CI, ArgoCD, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good reading comprehension of technical documentation in English.
- Relevant professional certifications.
**Nice to have**
- Certified: Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA\-C03\), or Google Cloud Certified – Associate Cloud Engineer (minimum requirement).
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is a strong plus.
- On\-prem certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, VCP, or LPIC/RHCSA.
