**Role:**
Investor Relations Manager for Masan High\-Tech Marterials
**Report to:**
Masan High\-Tech Materials – Board of Directors \& Masan Group – Head of Investor Relations.
**Location:**
Ha Noi
**Accountability:**
- Be accountable for developing and executing the investor relations strategy to strengthen MHT's position in capital markets and support long\-term shareholder value creation.
- Serve as the strategic advisor to senior leadership on investor sentiment, market expectations, and capital markets communication.
**Responsibility:**
- Develop and continuously refine MHT's equity story and investment proposition.
- Lead the preparation of investor presentations, earnings materials, annual reports, and strategic updates.
- Monitor industry trends, commodity markets, and peer performance relevant to the advanced materials sector.
- Provide strategic insights on valuation, market expectations, and capital allocation considerations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, lenders, and rating agencies.
- Lead investor roadshows, conference calls, site visits, and participation in investor conferences.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant disclosure of financial and non\-financial information.
- Partner with executive leadership on financing activities, strategic transactions, and initiatives to enhance shareholder value.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
**Skills required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, and disclosure requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Exposure to mining, metals, industrials, or advanced materials sectors is an advantage.
- High team spirit.
