**B. REQUIREMENTS**
- EdducationBachelor's degree or above. A Master's degree, such as an MBA, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Production Management, is highly preferred.
- ExperienceA minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain management. Leadership
- At least 5 to 7 years in senior leadership positions, at the Head or Director level or above, managing multi\-site operations.
- Functional ExpertiseProven experience in operational restructuring, improving EBITDA, optimizing costs, and building performance management systems.
- Industry Background: Experience in FMCG, fresh food, agriculture, or integrated end\-to\-end business models is strongly preferred.
