The Senior Educator is a key member who works side by side with the Center Lead across two areas: academic expertise (teaching, content development, teacher training) and product operations for AI/STEM programs at schools (coordination, quality control, process improvement). The role is both a hands-on practitioner and a mentor leading a small teacher team, ensuring programs are delivered to the right quality and commitments to partner schools.
1. Giảng dạy & Chất lượng chuyên môn Teaching & Academic Quality
Trọng tâm chính / Core focus
Directly teach AI/STEM classes and serve as the demo/model teacher for pitches, class observations and events.
Master the AISE curriculum framework; ensure teaching content meets standards and fits middle/high school students.
Observe, assess and give feedback on team teachers' quality; propose improvement actions.
2. Phát triển học liệu Content Development
Design and standardize detailed lesson plans, slides and interactive activities for AI/STEM programs.
Produce and review learning materials at class scale per curriculum timeline; quality-check before handover.
3. Đào tạo & Dẫn dắt đội ngũ Training & Team Leadership
Có dẫn dắt team nhỏ / Small-team leadership
Onboard, train and mentor new teachers; run experience-sharing and hands-on coaching sessions.
Assign, track and support a small teacher team to keep capability consistent and quality stable.
4. Điều phối & Triển khai tại trường Coordination & School Delivery
Trọng tâm chính / Core focus
Build and manage teaching schedules across Hanoi schools; coordinate the right teacher/class/time with backup plans.
Track delivery per school/class: sessions taught, remaining, completion rate, material status and risks.
Handle operational incidents (teacher absence, reschedule, missing devices/materials) per protocol and update the tracker.
5. Phối hợp nhà trường & Hỗ trợ kinh doanh School Partnership & Sales Support
Serve as the academic point of contact with schools: confirm schedules, report progress, handle feedback evidence-based.
Support demos, pitches and personalize content per principal feedback to strengthen program proposals.
6. Chuẩn hóa quy trình & Cải tiến Process & Improvement
Maintain and improve SOPs, checklists, forms and trackers so operations run in Ha Noi.
Consolidate weekly/monthly reports for the Center Lead; propose data- and incident-driven improvements (PDCA).
Bằng cấp và kinh nghiệm Qualifications
University degree in Education, IT, Educational Management or related; AI/STEM background/certificate preferred.
At least 2–3 years teaching or curriculum development experience; leading/mentoring teachers is a plus.
Experience in program operations/school delivery coordination is a strong advantage.

Solid AI/STEM expertise; able to design lessons and run engaging classes.
Strong operational & organizational thinking: multi-class/teacher scheduling, process- and evidence-driven work.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (trackers, basic dashboards), Word/Docs and task-management tools.
Leadership, mentoring and professional communication with teachers, schools and parents.
Yêu cầu khác Other Requirements
Proactive, responsible, calm under pressure and reliable with deadlines.
Flexible to travel to Hanoi schools and occasionally to HCMC when needed.
Service-minded, friendly, reliable and quality-oriented.
