Manage the Bank's short\-term liquidity through interbank market transactions to ensure optimal efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulatory liquidity ratios.
Manage the Bank's equity capital to optimize Return on Equity (ROE).
Ensure compliance with liquidity limits and Banking Book Interest Rate Risk (IRRBB) requirements in accordance with the ALM strategy approved by the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO).
Manage and oversee the issuance of bonds and other valuable papers by LPBank to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize capital utilization.
Implement approved plans and propose detailed execution strategies for the Financial Markets Trading Department regarding Government bonds, corporate bonds, and other debt securities held in the Banking Book.
Manage and optimize the Banking Book portfolio to maximize profitability and achieve Banking Book profit KPIs.
Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks arising from Banking Book management activities to ensure capital safety and operational efficiency.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and analyses for the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) on Banking Book activities.
Research, propose, and implement centralized funding management policies, while providing guidance and supervision over funding activities across the LPBank system, including but not limited to funding allocation, cash holding limits, liquidity limits, and deposit requirements at the State Bank of Vietnam and other credit institutions.
Manage team members by assigning tasks, providing coaching, and supporting their professional development.
Develop and improve policies, procedures, and operational regulations related to ALM Operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head and Division Management.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor's degree (full\-time program) in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or other related disciplines.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position within the banking or financial services industry.
Preference will be given to candidates with hands\-on experience in ALM Operations (Asset \& Liability Management/Funding Management), Treasury, Bond Trading, or Money Market Trading.
Experience working at a Big Four accounting firm is an advantage.
CFA and/or FRM certification is preferred.
Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Solid understanding of regulations related to Asset \& Liability Management (ALM), liquidity management, and interest rate risk management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market movements and evaluate their impact on the Bank's balance sheet and ALM activities.
Detail\-oriented, responsible, diligent, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Good communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
