**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Participate in researching, assessing, consulting, and designing end\-to\-end solution architectures for the Bank's strategic technology initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal Development Teams and external technology vendors to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements, security standards, performance expectations, and scalability needs.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain technical architecture documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies, platforms, and tools, and recommend implementation roadmaps aligned with the Bank's enterprise architecture strategy.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting complex architectural issues and optimizing system performance, ensuring High Availability, Scalability, and Security across enterprise systems.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
Technical Skills
**2–3 years of hands\-on experience**
as a
**Solution Architect**
in financial institutions or technology companies;
**OR 3–5\+ years of experience**
as a
**Technical Lead**
or
**Senior Software Engineer/Developer**
in the banking industry with a strong aspiration to advance into a Solution Architect role.

**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**
- Tham gia nghiên cứu, khảo sát, tư vấn và thiết kế kiến trúc giải pháp tổng thể cho các dự án công nghệ trọng điểm và chiến lược chuyển đổi số của Ngân hàng.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đội ngũ phát triển phần mềm nội bộ (Development Teams) và đối tác công nghệ (Vendors) để đảm bảo các giải pháp kỹ thuật đáp ứng đúng yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, tiêu chuẩn bảo mật, hiệu năng và khả năng tích hợp mở rộng.
- Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa và duy trì hệ thống tài liệu thiết kế kiến trúc kỹ thuật bao gồm sơ đồ kiến trúc (Architecture diagrams) và các bản đặc tả đặc tính kỹ thuật (Technical specifications).
- Chủ trì đánh giá, lựa chọn các công nghệ, nền tảng, công cụ mới và đề xuất lộ trình áp dụng phù hợp với định hướng kiến trúc tổng thể.
- Trực tiếp tham gia hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, xử lý các sự cố kiến trúc phức tạp và tối ưu hóa hiệu suất, đảm bảo các tiêu chí High Availability, Scalability và Security cho toàn hệ thống.
**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**
**Kỹ năng cứng:**
- Có tối thiểu 02\-03 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế đảm nhiệm vai trò Kiến trúc sư giải pháp (Solution Architect) tại các tổ chức tài chính/công ty công nghệ, HOẶC có 03\-05 năm trở lên làm vị trí Technical Lead/Senior Developer trong ngành Ngân hàng và có định hướng phát triển chuyên sâu lên Kiến trúc giải pháp.
- Kiến thức hệ thống \& Nghiệp vụ: Có kinh nghiệm thực chiến phát triển, tích hợp hoặc thiết kế một trong các mảng hệ thống sau (Ưu tiên ứng viên có cả hai)
- Hệ thống nghiệp vụ Ngân hàng: Core Banking (T24\), Core Card (SmartVista), Payment HUB, Kênh số Internet Banking/Mobile Banking (Retail/Corporate Banking), CRM, LOS, BPM Platform (Camunda...)...
- Hạ tầng tích hợp \& Nền tảng trung gian: API Gateway, ESB, Enterprise Integration Patterns, Message Queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ), ETL...
- Thành thạo thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống hiện đại (Microservices, Cloud\-native, Event\-driven Architecture). Có kinh nghiệm thực tế làm việc với các công nghệ Containerization/Orchestration như Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) hoặc OpenShift.
- Thành thạo tư duy thiết kế API (RESTful API, GraphQL). Có hiểu biết vững chắc về cơ sở dữ liệu (SQL, NoSQL) và năng lực thiết kế schema tối ưu cho các hệ thống giao dịch quy mô lớn.
- Có năng lực hoặc tư duy tốt trong việc tư liệu hóa kiến trúc, sử dụng thành thạo các mô hình biểu diễn (UML, C4 Model...) để cụ thể hóa giải pháp.
**Kỹ năng mềm:**
- Tư duy chiến lược, nhìn nhận tổng thể nhưng vẫn chú trọng chi tiết.
- Trình bày ý tưởng kỹ thuật một cách rõ ràng, dễ hiểu với các bên không chuyên môn (stakeholders, khách hàng).
- Khả năng phân tích vấn đề phức tạp và đưa ra giải pháp sáng tạo, thực tế
