Consumer Engagement Manager, Luxe

A Day in the Life Reporting to Head of Omni Channel Marketing, you will manage a team  to orchestrate consumer engagement across all luxury touchpoints.

• Engagement Strategy: Frame full-funnel activation strategies adapting zone guidelines to local luxury market specificities.
• Performance & Media: Drive media optimization, managing A&P spend to maximize ROI across digital, social, and offline channels.
• CRM & Loyalty: Oversee consumer database and loyalty programs to boost retention and acquisition.

We Are Looking For A growth-minded leader with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, with these key skills:

• Media Strategy & Performance Management
• Full-funnel CRM & database activation
• Content strategy design
• Leadership & people coaching
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
