Young Talent & Employer Branding Assistant Manager

A Day in the Life Reporting directly to Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will base in HCMC office and will lead our national young talent initiatives and elevate L'Oréal's employer brand across Vietnam's top universities.

• Program Management: Lead and optimize our signature young talent programs such as Brandstorm, SeedZ and Internship..
• Employer Branding Deployment: Deploy global and local employer branding programs and digital campaigns to position L'Oréal as an employer of choice.
• Campus Engagement & Pipelining: Build strong relationships with academic partners and execute impactful university activation strategies.

We Are Looking For You are an experienced HR professional with a track record in Young Talent Program management, campus relations and employer branding, ready to inspire the next generation.

• Talent Acquisition Management: Sourcing and selecting early-career talent.
• Project Management: Organizing large-scale student competitions and events.
• Brand & Social Media Advocacy: Leveraging digital platforms to amplify our employer brand.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with universities and internal business leaders.
• Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
