JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Objectives
- As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for operating a centralized DevOps Service to support multiple product lines. You will act as a strategic liaison to facilitate smooth operational transitions, infrastructure problem-solving, and seamless handovers across technical units.
- Additionally, you will integrate advanced reliability and security standards into the software development lifecycle to ensure maximum performance and protection for all products. This includes maintaining strict compliance with cybersecurity best practices and corporate information security policies.
Main Responsibilities
1. Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the establishment of SLAs and standardized CI/CD toolchains to empower development teams across Trading and Investment Banking, ensuring a seamless and rapid time-to-market.
- Promote a security-first culture by embedding automated security testing (SAST, DAST, and container security) into the delivery pipeline, ensuring every product meets strict security requirements before production release.
- Architect robust monitoring and observability frameworks; define SLIs/SLOs to ensure high availability of mission-critical services while partnering with engineering teams to optimize system performance
- Act as a key bridge between IT Service, Infrastructure, and Security teams to design scalable Cloud/On-premises architectures and proactively eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Lead the transformation toward Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps, driving operational efficiency and mitigating risks through advanced automation frameworks
2. Other Responsiblities:
- Champion DevOps, SRE, and Software Security principles across the organization, serving as a technical authority to instill a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with DTI development teams to align project delivery
- Partner with core IT functions, including Infrastructure, Security, and Service Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational level
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Professional Experience
- Over 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Software Engineering
- Deep expertise in DevSecOps and SRE operational models. A proven track record of integrating robust security standards throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Extensive expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and the deployment of distributed systems
- Direct experience in administering and operating Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and Containerization, Orchestration ecosystems (Kubernetes, GKE, RKE)
- Proven experience in establishing and managing a DevOps Service model to support multiple concurrent product development teams
- Expertise in IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and the GitOps framework (ArgoCD)
- Designing and deploying comprehensive Monitoring/Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, APM) for multi-cluster Kubernetes environments

- Software Development Process: Refers to the structured approach used by the company to build and deploy software. This ensures that projects like developing a new feature for the trading app are managed efficiently and deliver value incrementally.
- Application Security Knowledge: The expertise in implementing security measures within software applications to prevent data or code from being compromised. This includes practices like secure coding, vulnerability scanning, and access control to protect applications like the online trading platform.
- System Architect Knowledge: Refers to the conceptual and technical design of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and interfaces to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Project Management Knowledge: The ability to apply skills, tools, and techniques to manage projects from initiation to closure to achieve specific goals. This includes using frameworks like PMP/PMBOK or Agile to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to scope.
