Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs for Salesforce Revenue Cloud (product catalog, pricing, quoting, order management) and Billing (invoicing, payment/billing workflows).
Design and configure Revenue Cloud/Billing solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate closely with Developers on requirements for Apex/LWC development and integration-related needs such as HTTP callouts and platform events.
Work with QA Engineers/Test Leads to define acceptance criteria and validate test coverage against real-world business scenarios.
Conduct requirement workshops, solution demos, and UAT sessions with client stakeholders, including supporting client-led UAT.
Contribute to solution design, configuration decisions, documentation, and design standards across the engagement.
For senior-level candidates: take ownership of end-to-end functional design, lead complex requirement discussions, review other Consultants’ work, and act as a functional lead with clients.

At least one foundational Salesforce certification such as Platform App Builder or PD1.
Revenue Cloud certifications are a plus, but hands-on implementation experience is valued more than certification.
