We are looking for a talented Middle AI Engineer to join our offshore team and drive AI implementation across the organization. You will work hands-on with the Tech Lead and engineering team to build and deliver practical, scalable AI solutions aligned with real business use cases.
Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions (hands-on coding)
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on AI initiatives
Design and build AI architecture, pipelines, and systems
Translate business use cases into scalable AI implementations
Communicate progress and blockers effectively in a remote setup
Research AI trends and propose applicable solutions
Provide insights on how AI can be applied within the organization
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering
Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, etc.)
Experience deploying LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI systems in production
Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
