**ABOUT THE ROLE:**

**Job Description:**
- Build custom UI components and implement business logic with React/Next.js.
- Own features end\-to\-end (design discussion, implementation, testing, and rollout) with a product mindset — understand the “why” behind a feature, not just the “what”.
- Drive improvements in UX, system performance, and front\-end architecture (including Micro Frontend adoption where it makes sense).
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations to gather feedback and turn it into actionable improvements.
- Propose solutions that improve business and operations performance, not just ship what’s requested.
- Explore and apply AI\-assisted tools (e.g. AI coding assistants, LLM\-powered features) to speed up development and/or enrich the product experience.
- Mentor and support teammates to help the team deliver as a whole.
**Your skill and experience:**
- 3\+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands\-on experience with React and Next.js, and a solid command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS — including deep understanding of the underlying design philosophy of these frameworks.
- Experience building and maintaining large\-scale web applications, with a track record of optimizing end\-user experience, rendering performance, stability, scalability, and code modularity (Caching/CDN/Service Worker, code\-splitting, SSR/ISR, etc.).
- Experience working with Micro Frontend architecture (e.g. Module Federation, single\-spa, or similar) — able to reason about module boundaries, shared state, versioning, and independent deployability across teams.
- Product\-oriented mindset: comfortable evaluating trade\-offs between engineering effort and business/user value, and proactively suggesting improvements rather than only executing tickets.
- Practical experience working with AI tools in the development workflow — e.g. AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, etc.), and/or integrating LLM/AI\-powered features into products.
- Experience with API integration (REST/JSON, and ideally GraphQL or WebSocket for real\-time use cases).
- Good understanding of SOLID principles and common design patterns.
- Understanding of banking and financial services regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
**Nice to have:**
- Experience with design systems / component libraries used across multiple products.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and observability tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals, Sentry, etc.).
- Exposure to Low\-Code/No\-Code platform development.
