RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and manage data infrastructure including databases, storage systems, and data processing tools.
- Analyze business requirements from customer documents or from senior BA instructions, ensuring a clear business perspective.
- Create and maintain business/functional requirement documents such as wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams, use cases, etc.
- Communicate directly with customers to clarify requirements and handle changes or additional requests.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of business requirements.
- Support developers by communicating with customers regarding QA, issues, or clarification needed during implementation.
- Prepare related documents including Requirement Traceability Matrix, User Manual, UAT training materials, and other project deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to research and interpret customer documents and business needs.
- Good teamwork, communication, presentation, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills; ability to translate concepts into clear business requirements.
- Self driven, proactive, with strong learning ability and a positive working attitude. Language Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken) is a strong advantage.
Nice-to-have:
- IT background or basic coding knowledge.
- Experience in Reverse Engineering projects.
- Familiarity with UML, design and modeling tools.
- Domain knowledge in Logistics, Healthcare, Finance & Banking, Retail, Commerce, etc.
- Experience working in overseas projects or with foreign clients.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and flexibility to work when required.
