RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test cases.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Log, track, and verify defects using Jira.
- Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger.
- Collaborate with BA, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong understanding of STLC and defect management process.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail/Zephyr, Confluence, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Basic SQL/database testing knowledge.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
- Experience in Insurance Domain (Claims, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Billing, etc.).
- Knowledge of Automation Testing concepts or tools.
- ISTQB Certification.
