RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement software solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Develop programs or scripts according to specifications and coding standards.
- Analyze, review, and test code to ensure accuracy, performance, and quality.
- Perform integrated testing to guarantee system reliability and security.
- Build and validate software components for completeness and functionality.
- Ensure code is robust, efficient, and maintainable.
- Manage Java application development and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, testers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot existing applications.
- Participate in all phases: requirement analysis → coding → testing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields (Electronics/Telecommunications, etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Understanding of web servers, application servers, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, best practices, and testing frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Japanese clients and handling documentation.
- Experience as Team Lead/Tech Lead.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
