RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop backend services using Python + FastAPI following clean architecture
- Build async/concurrent systems (queues, jobs, SSE streaming)
- Integrate with external REST APIs (no direct SQL work)
- Ensure system reliability: retry, idempotency, fault tolerance, backpressure
- Debug production issues (Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry) and handle incidents
- Write unit & integration tests (pytest, ≥ 80% coverage)
- Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and architecture improvements
- Provide basic frontend support (React + TypeScript, API integration)
REQUIREMENTS
Backend: 3+ years Python, experience with FastAPI/async; strong in asyncio, REST APIs, Pydantic, concurrency & error handling
- Fundamentals: Solid DSA, OOP, design patterns, SOLID; good understanding of testing, DB modeling, performance & security
- Working Skills: Experience with Git, code review, design docs; comfortable with large codebases and English communication
- Frontend: Basic React + TypeScript, able to read/edit FE code
- Tooling: Docker, Linux, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), linting (Ruff/Black/mypy), pip/poetry

- AI/LLM (LangChain, RAG, OpenAI)
- Cloud/Infra (AWS/GCP, SQS, S3, Elasticsearch, pgvector)
- OpenTelemetry, ArgoCD/Helm, production/on-call experience
