Business Development Associate & Executive Assistant for JP Market

ROLE SUMMARY
• We are looking for a young, energetic, and fast-learning professional to join our Japan Market team. This role combines Business Development activities with Executive Assistant responsibilities, working closely with BOD, Pre-Sales, and business teams to drive growth and strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with BOD and Pre-Sales teams to support business development activities for the Japan market.
• Participate in customer meetings, business discussions, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, meeting materials, and business documents.
• Capture key discussion points, action items, and follow-up activities from management and customer meetings.
• Support coordination among stakeholders and help drive execution of business priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, research, documentation, and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong Japanese and English communication skills (JLPT N2+ preferred).
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) in daily work.
• Proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership.
• IT background is a plus.
• Foreign Trade, International Business, or related education is a plus.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales Support, Pre-Sales, or Executive Assistant roles is an advantage.
