RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for SFCC Engineers to support and enhance the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement of the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 support for SFCC platform, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Perform hands-on development, configuration, and customization within SFCC.
- Implement enhancements and optimize performance to improve system efficiency.
- Support and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and stability
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualification
- Required Skills & QualificationsSolid experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and e-commerce workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
