RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Korean clients to collect requirements and understand business needs
- Assist end users with system issues via chat or phone
- Analyze business processes and prepare clear documents for development and operation teams
- Handle Change Requests, Incidents, and Service Requests in the AMS support model
- Create and maintain system documents
- Support developers and Project Manager during development, testing, and release phases
- Support system operations by investigating issues, finding root causes, and suggesting solutions
- Translate documents between Korean and Vietnamese when needed
- Support the PM in managing backlog, tracking progress, and daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Language Skills:
- Korean proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 up (able to communicate directly with Korean clients)
Professional Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience work with Korea customer
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create clear and high-quality documents
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the AI domain is a plus
Working time: KR time (7-16VNT)
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills, confident when working with Korean clients
- Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
