RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML and modern software engineering practices. You will play a key role in building next-generation AI Agent systems, leveraging advanced Python skills and hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Model development & experimentation
- Develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML models (e.g., classification, forecasting, NLP, recommender systems).
- Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for LLM-based applications when relevant.
- Define evaluation metrics and run controlled experiments (A/B tests, offline benchmarks).
Production deployment (MLOps)
- Build scalable inference services (batch and real-time) and deploy to cloud/on-prem environments.
- Implement CI/CD for ML, model versioning, reproducible training pipelines, and automated monitoring.
- Monitor model performance, drift, latency, cost, and reliability; respond to incidents and regressions.
Data & pipeline engineering
- Design data pipelines for feature creation, labeling, validation, and governance.
- Work with structured/unstructured data (SQL, logs, text, images) and ensure data quality.
System integration
- Integrate AI services into existing products via APIs, SDKs, and microservices.
- Optimize model and system performance (quantization, distillation, caching, vector search tuning).
Responsible AI
- Address privacy, security, bias, explainability, and compliance requirements.
- Document model behavior, limitations, and operational playbooks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years (or relevant experience) building ML/AI systems end-to-end.
- Strong programming skills in Python; experience with SQL.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying services (REST/gRPC), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes or similar).
- Solid understanding of core ML concepts (training, evaluation, overfitting, bias/variance, feature engineering).
