Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain & Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
Fluent in English (all 4 skills).
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent role.
Hands-on experience working directly with clients on global software development projects.
Proficient in requirement gathering, analysis techniques, and drafting business specification documentation.
Strong ability to analyze complex regulations, legal documents, and business requirements; evaluate their impact on existing systems/modules; and translate them into clear functional requirements.
Basic understanding of APIs, XML/JSON, databases, and basic SQL.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in Customs clearance, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade is a strong plus.
Experience using AI tools to assist in requirement analysis, documentation, testing, or product development activities.
