We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our leaders and business team with administrative and coordination tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in office operations, event coordination, stakeholder communication, and executive support within a professional services environment.

Internship – Secretary, Tax Advisory Services Line  – Hanoi Office

 

Your key responsibilities

1. Supporting Partners

• Assist with calendar coordination, meeting room bookings, and logistics arrangements.
• Support travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and materials as requested.
• Handle printing, scanning, filing, and document management.
• Support expense claims and administrative processes.

2. Supporting Team

• Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, training sessions, and internal events.
• Support vendor registration and payment processes.
• Maintain records, contracts, and administrative documents.
• Assist with team activities, employee engagement programs, and gift distribution.
• Prepare periodic reports and support ad-hoc projects assigned by the team.
• Other assigned tasks as required

• Fresh graduates with major in Administration, Business or related field;
• English is a must
• Good interpersonal skills, time management and ability to handle stress
• Good telephone etiquette
• Microsoft Office efficiency
• Strong teaming and prioritization skills, well-organized
• Must be energetic, committed & reliable
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Well-organized and demonstrate professionalism on a consistent basis - meet requirements of clients, both internal & external
• Demeanor is friendly, helpful & polite to build confidence that requirements will be followed through & met.
