You will design and review the collection strategies that run across the Group's consumer-finance markets in Europe and Asia, modelling them in UML and turning business rules into clean, executable system configuration. Sitting between collections operations, business logic, and the technical platform, you will govern configuration changes, troubleshoot issues, and coach local teams — with real Group-wide visibility and a clear path to becoming the recognised expert on the system. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the Czech Republic, in a standard business-hours setup with no on-call.

Our core working hours are from 9:00 to 15:00 daily, but how early you start or how late you work, is up to you. Our hybrid setup includes the option of working from your home.
